A very nice, passionate girl-girl movie with exquisite set design. 100 years ago, women wore pompous clothes and corsets. And the bedsteads weren't made by Ikea. Thankfully, Ms Noelle paid attention to these details. She even made sure that the girls' tattoos are covered. Only one mildly annoying anachronism pops up in this movie: in the last scene (starring the director herself and Nina Hartley) we get an eyeful of silicone and some nasty scarring around Nica's nipples. The lezzie sex is, however, really tasty and the women obviously enjoy the same-sex interplay (judging by their orgasms, at least). It's a rather laid-back, romantic affair that is equally enjoyable for viewers of both sexes. Unfortunately, the dialogue was recorded at very low levels throughout the movie. Make sure you crank up your speakers. The picture quality is quite good, although a bit overexposed and washed-out at times. Minor quibbles aside, this movie is a lot of fun to watch.
