About The Story of Joanna
This classic from 1975 tells the story of Joanna who is looking for love. But the man who charms her successfully turns out to be a sexual deviant who doesn't care about snuggling. He'd rather just fuck Joanna into every hole and, occasionally, shove a fist up there as well. And two men sucking each other off is not an uncommon sight in this movie either.

THE STORY OF JOANNA is without any doubt a timeless classic. Grand master Gerard Damiano weaves the storylines of 'The History of O' and 'The Beauty and the Beast' together and tells the story of a young woman who serves a terminally ill pervert. After a number of S&M scenes, the master finally asks his servant to shoot him. This is the sort of story that you would normally see in mainstream movies. One of the reasons it's so good is Damiano's cast: Jamie Gillis (who, among other things, had a cameo in Sylvester Stallone's 'Nighthawks' back in the day) and Teri Hall (who used to be a ballerina in Stuttgart a long time ago). While Teri does get a chance to show off her athletic skills in THE STORY OF JOANNA as well, they mostly revolve around bed-sports. Damiano serves up some rough stuff for his viewers, including a nasty pube shaving and a homo-erotic blowjob scene. But, then, this is an exceptional movie as only Damiano can make it. It's only natural that some viewers will probably not appreciate the movie's severity (fellow editor Joey Ride appears to be one of them). The picture quality is not up to today's standards, of course, but that has to do with the movie's age rather than the cinematographer's talent. Camera man Harry Flecks is, after all, the pseudonym of Hollywood DP Joao Fernandes.
